Galway United can confirm the signings of Steve Feeney and Stephen Walsh.

Feeney, who previously played under Sean Connor at Sligo Rovers, joins from Sligo junior side Quayside Rovers. Feeney is a versatile player, who can play in the centre of defence and midfield, he can also deputise as a striker.

Stephen Walsh will be no stranger to United fans, the former Galway Hibernians youngster joined Galway United last season and made a huge impact, culminating in him winning the Galway United Young Player of the Year award.

Further announcements on additions to the squad are expected in the coming days.
