Tralee Dynamos 1-0 Galway United

Today's match played in Tralee was a competitive well fought match played in very difficult conditions. Galway lost the toss and played into the strong wind in the first half, although Tralee were intent on playing the ball long we contained them very well and played the ball out into their half and we had a couple of chances which fell to Darragh Duggan but was unable to finish. Tralee had one very good shot through a crowd of players which the Galway keeper Conor turned over the bar. The half finshed 0-0.

The second half was going the way expected when wind assisted although at that strength it was still hard to control a shot. Tralee had a good break down the right wing and put in a low shot across the six yard box which they tapped in, and although we had some good exchanges of play the game finished at 1-0.
