Galway United can confirm the signing of Bobby Ryan. Bobby previously played with United and made 54 appearances for the Tribesmen. His sparkling performances for United made him a much sought after player and he was snapped up by Bohs in January 2002. He subsequently played for Shelbourne, Dunfermline and St. Pat's Ath.

United can also confirm the signing of left-back Rhys Meynell. Rhys peviously played for Barnsley, Gretna & Chester City.
