GUST membership is now open for 2010. Membership forms are available at the entrance to the ground at all home games, from the GUST stand at half-time (front of new stand) and on-line at www.galwayunitedfc.net. All paid up members by half-time will be entered in a free draw for an adult season ticket. GUST membership costs just €5.

Greg Rogers (signed Hull City jersey) and Eanna McDonnchadha (€150) were the winners of the GUST matchday draw at the Hull City friendly. The net proceeds were €800, thanks to all who supported the draw.

Tickets for the half-time draw at the Bray home game will be on sale from the entrance to the ground, and from the GUST stand (half-time). Tickets cost €2, or three for €5. The draw will be held at the start of the second half.

GUST will be running a bus to the Premier Division match vs Sligo Rovers on Saturday, 20th March. The bus will depart from the Marriott Hotel, Headford Road. The Premier Division match will be preceded by a friendly between GUST and Bit O'Red Supporters Trust, at the Showgrounds. Anyone interested in travelling on the bus, or playing in the friendly, can call Ronan Coleman at (087) 6972823.

GUST will be entering a team in this years Galway and District Womens League. New players are welcome to join the panel. For further information, contact manager Lonan O'Farrell at (087) 9524077. GUST also have a mens team in the local Nightowls League. If you are interested in joining the panel, contact Ronan.

GUST are collecting donations to cover the cost of a player sponsorship (€1500) for this season. So far, over €800 has been donated. Supporters can contribute directly at the GUST stand this evening. Highlights of home games will be available on the GUST forum, www.galwayunitedfc.net, which has over 1,100 members. You can also keep up with happenings at the club by visiting the Galway United Facebook site. Over 2,500 people are friends of Galway United on Facebook.
