Terryland Park

Terryland Park is owned by the Galway & District Football League and has been the home ground of Galway United since 1977. Terryland underwent major redevelopment in 1993 and as a result Galway United played their home matches in Crowley Park, the home of rugby side Galwegians, for a single season.

More recently, a new 1,500 seater stand was completed in July 2007 raising Terryland Park's seated capacity to 2,900 and overall capacity to 5,000.

The new stand, when fully finished below the seating area, will include a shop unit, medical examination and first-aid room, toilets, showers, dressing rooms, match delegates room, officials dressing room, new media and reception room, canteen with facilities for press conference, and a TV studio.

In July 2007 a new camera platform was added to the existing stand and the flood lights were relocated. All seating in the previous existing stand was replaced at the same time.
