What is the new Digital Ticketing App?

Galway United FC commenced with the Digital Ticketing App in 2024.

The Digital Ticketing App (Link) will allow fans to store their tickets, both season tickets and match tickets on their mobile through the Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or the Galway United FC App.

What is happening?

From the 2024 season, Galway United FC are moving to a new Digital Ticketing Service, to complement our existing service. This means that all Season Tickets and Match Tickets that you purchase will be securely stored in your own private account, and can then be accessed on your phone through the Galway United FC app. (Link)

Why are moving to Digital Ticketing?

There are numerous benefits by moving to Digital Ticketing. Not only is it more efficient for our supporters and our stewards, thereby reducing queuing time, it is also more secure, safe, and allows for contactless entry into Eamonn Deacy Park. It’s also environmentally friendly, thanks to the vast reduction in waste that will be generated.

How do I access my Season Tickets?

All you need to do is click on the link and create an account using the same email address that you used to purchase your Season Tickets. Once your account is created and you have logged in, all of your Season Tickets will be there waiting for you!

What is the quickest way to access my Season Ticket on matchday?

With an iPhone or Android smartphone, the app can easily be added to your home screen. This process allows you to access your Season Ticket within seconds.

I have more than one Season Ticket on my account. Can I share the other Season Tickets with those ticket holders?

Yes. You will see how you can send a digital Season Ticket or Match Ticket to another email address. That person will then be sent a link to create an account of their own. Once their account has been created, their Season Ticket or Match Ticket will be transferred from your account to theirs.

Share – Allows you to share a ticket which is returned to you for the next game.

Transfer – Allows you to PERMANENTLY transfer your ticket to someone else. This cannot be reversed, and your ticket will be void, and the recipient will receive a new barcode/ticket.

Are you still offering Physical Season Tickets and Printed Match Tickets?

For supporters wishing to receive a physical season ticket, they can opt for this in the checkout. There is a charge of €5 per card.

Match Tickets will be available online, and the only printed match tickets are those on sale in Eamonn Deacy Park on match night.

I created an account and I can’t see my tickets.

Please ensure that you created an account using the same email address you used when purchasing your Season Ticket. If your tickets are still not visible, then please contact us at ticketing@galwayunitedfc.ie. Please allow up to two working days for us to respond to your query.

Can I do group bookings?

Galway United FC welcome many visitors to Eamonn Deacy Park during the season. We are happy to discuss group bookings if you are interested in visiting Galway, and taking in the atmosphere at a Galway United match.

Club nights?

Galway United run’s Club Night’s at specific times each year. This is where we invite clubs / schools / groups into a senior men or senior women’s game in Eamonn Deacy Park.

Please ensure you are on our contact list for when we are emailing out to the groups when the next date is set.
